• Items purchased using a promotional offer or discount code are not eligible for return.

• If you change your mind about a full-priced order, we offer store credits for eyewear only. Credits are valid for 30 days. Refunds are not available.

• If your order is eligible you have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

• Shipping costs to return an item are to be paid by the customer.

• We are not responsible for items that go missing during transit.

• If you feel your item is faulty, please email contactmirage.bd@gmail.com within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.

• If a product is deemed faulty, we will adhere to the respective consumer protection laws of the region the purchase was made.

• This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of the United States, Australia, or Europe. If there is a conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.

If you love your MIRAGE's as much as we do, we know you will be wearing them every day. We recommend that you follow the care instructions below:

Keep in protective case when not in use. 

Avoid wearing on top of your head to prevent misshaping of frames and stretching of the hinges.

Place your frames lens side up to avoid scratching.

Clean lens with microfibre cleaning cloth. 

Yes you can! Take your MIRAGE's to your optometrist who can replace the current lenses with your prescription ones.

Yes ! All of our sunglasses undergo mandatory UV testing and comply with UAE standards.

No, sorry we do not sell blue light glasses.

Yes ! All of our styles can be worn by everyone

Sorry! We are unable to change or cancel orders as they're processed and dispatched by our warehouse immediately.

Yes! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification when your order has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.
